• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upon agreement signing.
• Balance: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
• We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Clients may cancel services under the following conditions:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will forfeit the deposit.
• Refunds for completed services will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Liability

Landscapers Southgate strives to perform services with the highest level of professionalism and care. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and clear access to the service area.
• Obtain any necessary permits or permissions required for specific landscaping projects.

8. Intellectual Property
